Depression & Anxiety

Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that can occur at some point in our lives. Through counseling, we are able to help you become motivated, gain a new perspective, and create joy in your life.

Trauma & PTSD

Many individuals have experienced a traumatic event sometime in their lives. Whether it's the loss of a loved one, witnessed a horrific event, or physical/ sexual abuse. We can help you work through this in a quick and effective manner.

Relationships

Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to improve their communication and strengthen their emotional connection. Therapy sessions are held individually and as a couple.

More about our services

For Individuals and/or Couples-Do you or your partner struggle with Trauma, PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, or Schizophrenia? Counseling can provide tools to deal with these disorders. What about communication? Effective communication can be learned. Sometimes it is difficult to see and appreciate the gifts that you or your partner bring to the table. With effective communication skills, change can occur.

For Healthcare Professionals-You give a lot of your time and energy to your patients/clients and usually have a successful outcome. However, there are times when you may feel like you should have done more. Changing the negative thoughts can make a big difference.

For veterans-Are you having, "Should have ..., would have ..., could have's ...?" or other intrusive thoughts, images? You can come to a place of peace.
